Persons invited to official participation.
Official form of participation:
– Seminar expenses covered by organizing committee:
- Accommodation from 05 to 07.06.2013
- Meals (Lunches, coffee-breaks, the breakfasts for participants from other cities or countries)

– Travel expenses for participant must be covered by participant’s organization.
– Participation form: oral presentation+paper publication, poster presentation+paper publication, paper publication, listener.
– Materials: book of proceedings, folder,badge, notepad, pen, certificate of participation.
Unofficial form of participation:
– The expenses for unofficial participants should be covered by their own.
– Form of participation: poster session + paper publication, paper publication; listener.
– Materials: certificate of participation.
You should obviously receive from organizing committee the notification of acceptance of contributed paper and appropriate form of participation (by e-mail).
Priority for official form of participation is given to the speakers on the subject of the workshop.
Seminar fee is absent for all participants.
