Unofficial seminar participants cover their seminar participation expenses themselves.

For official seminar participants the next service is provided:

1. The official participants will be provided with “University Hotel” accommodation (26-28.09.2012) (check in time 26.09.2012 at 8 a.m.,check out time 28.09.2012 at 8 p.m.).

At reception you should give information concerning your second name and purpose of visit – the participation in medical physics international seminar.Double rooms for two persons: 2 single beds, TV set, hot/cold water, refrigerator.

2. Meals. The breakfasts for participants from other cities or countries, lunches, coffee-breaks on 27-28.09.2012 will be only available for official participants of the seminar  with special badge. The breakfasts for participants from other cities and countries will be 27 and 28.09.12  from 08:00 a.m. to 08:45 a.m.  in teacher’s canteen (main red building). As to your wish, you can book one of the following rooms in the University Hotel (Your own expense, committee payment is not provided):
1. Double room — 300 UAH/ 30 EUR
2. Single Lux room — 600 UAH/ 60 EUR
